Denman and Twin Islands Part 2: The Mike Jenks Episode – July 2025

While Mike Jenks’ company 4064 Investments Ltd. was logging one third of Denman Island he also bought Twin Islands and started logging there. Those Islands, just south of Cortes Island, were well known as the location where Queen Elizabeth had stayed, at the classic Lodge there, during her 1994 visit. A good Samaritan financed the (expensive) buy-back from Jenks to preserve those islands natural character.
