Denman Conservancy Association acquired a Conservation Covenant on Railway Grade Marsh, now part of the Denman Island Provincial Park, in the northern part of Denman Island as an outcome of suing 4064 Investments Ltd. (Mike Jenks) for Breach of Contract arising from his purchase agreement.
